Full-Stack Developer
You'll build the agent configuration interfaces, the real-time dashboard and the APIs that connect our voice pipeline to the rest of the world. Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, WebSocket.
- 3+ years in TypeScript / React / Node.js
- Experience with PostgreSQL or equivalent
- Comfortable with continuous deployment and production environments
- Bilingual FR/EN (we operate in Quebec and English Canada)
AI Specialist — Voice Agents
You'll train, evaluate and improve our AI voice agents. Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, conversation analysis and conversion rate optimization on real calls.
- Hands-on experience with language model APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, etc.)
- Understanding of speech-to-speech pipelines and audio metrics
- Analytical rigour — you measure before you optimize
- Native or advanced Quebec French
Growth Lead
You'll build and execute InstantCallr's growth engine. Acquisition, activation, SEO, content, outbound campaigns and strategic partnerships with SMBs.
- 3+ years in B2B / SaaS growth marketing
- Demonstrated experience in SEO, content marketing or outbound prospecting
- Able to write persuasive content in French and English
- Comfortable with automation tools and metrics
